Experimental Typeface Design – Molecular Typography
In this project, I developed an original English language typeface inspired by experimental mark-making and the conceptual framework of Molecular Typography, an approach that explores the structural and organic qualities of letterforms. Uniquely, this typeface was created using textures and forms derived from sneakers I personally owned, bringing a tactile, personal dimension to the design process. The final work was showcased in a bold, concept-driven poster created for inclusion in a curated poster zine, highlighting both material exploration and typographic innovation.
